Although commercially grown in Central America, the Allspice tree is originally native to the West Indies, Southern Mexico, and the Caribbean. This tree is a slow growing evergreen that grows to about 30 feet tall. The leaves and fruit of the tree are steam distilled to produce the cocoa brown oil. It is said to have a “warming” scent, fresh and spicy. Allspice oil is wonderful in supporting healthy digestion and may act as an anti-viral. It may also be helpful with nausea, arthritis, coughs, and muscle stiffness.

Ingredients: Pimenta dioica (Myrtaceae) 

Uses: Diffuse in one of our Zia Zensations diffusers. Due to the strong spicy scent, it is best mixed with Orange or Bergamot oil. Allspice can be used topically, as well, if diluted.

Directions for Use: Diffusion- Use 3-4 drops in diffuser of your choice. 
Topical Use- Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with Zia Zensations Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize skin sensitivity and improve absorption.

*Application topically without dilution may cause skin irritation.
