This easy to use set shows you how to make your own pain oils. It includes some of the best pain oils along with carrier oil, bottles and even a tool to help you open and close the roller bottles.
Every pain is different and being able to change the concentrations and the oils may help you address different issues like inflammation, blood flow and warming, and even pain relief.
How to use:
Remove cap and rollerball with tool. Add a total of up to 3% ZIA essential oil, fill to the top with the base ZIA carrier oil. 5ml bottle use 5 drops, 10ml bottle use 10 drops, and 1oz use 30 drops of ZIA Essential Oil. Replace rollerball and cap. Use as needed for localized pain issues. Add more or less of each essential oil as needed.
Essential oils are used in aromatherapy or diluted and topically applied.
